 Muslims Digging and Bulldozing Temple Mount, While Archeologists Protest

The Muslim Islamic overseers of Jerusalem’s Temple Mount began digging a deep trench what is considered to be the world’s holiest mount earlier this week. More extensive digging is expected to come in the near future.The Waqf or the Islamic Trust was given the approval of Israeli police to proceed with their digging at the Temple Mount site, but archeologists have made it a point to emphatically protest that using heavy machinery, like the bulldozers currently being used at such a sensitive and historical site also requires the approval of archeological authorities.In the past, extensive construction work done by the Muslims under the Temple Mount, during which a massive amount of unsifted dirt and debris, including tiny shards of Temple history were dumped into the Kidron Valley below.
